The stuffed dodo toy is distributed further to the permission to use/reproduce Rotary International's trademarks for the Rotary Club of Mont Choisy.
By accessing or using the online ordering Service and/or by ordering from us you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• You may not access the Service, if the terms are not accepted.
• The online system automatically includes the post and packaging charge for delivery to the address you specify during the ordering process.
• This is on top of price of the goods you have selected to purchase as indicated on the website and in your shopping basket once you have selected the items specific to your order.
• Should you be subject to any local taxes or other charges imposed on the delivery point you have specified, we take no responsibility or liability for these in any way whatsoever.

• Product sizes and weights are approximate and colours may vary slightly from the images on the website
• While payments are powered by the Paypal platform, you may purchase online using accepted debit/credit cards without having a Paypal account
• When you submit a payment, you confirm and declare that you have full authorization and legal permission to make the payment
• Supplies of the goods may be subject to availability and in case of any delays or difficulties, you will be contacted through the email and/or telephone number provided by you
• The terms are to be governed by laws in the Republic of Mauritius
• Proceeds from the sale of the stuffed dodo toy are for the Rotary Foundation related projects by the Rotary Club of Mont Choisy, including donations to Polio Plus fund.
• Should any or part of the terms be deemed to be unenforceable that shall not affect the enforceability of the other Terms
• No one who is not party to this agreement has any rights to enforce any terms of this agreement
• Our Privacy Policy may be viewed for information we collect and how we use it.
